DA to lay criminal charges against SAP following R100m Gupta payment

Mmusi means business as of late. The leader of the DA has already filed charges of treason and corruption against the Guptas & Jacob Zuma.

SAP have come under fire in the past week, they’ve been accused of paying the Gupta family billionaires R100m to secure a lucrative business deal. The DA leader has says he’s taking it upon himself to put the business giant to account, with particular attention on the four senior managers, who’ve been suspended for their actions.

“We have reason to believe that SAP South Africa procured the services of CAD House purely because they wanted access to its owners, Duduzane Zuma and the Guptas. The DA will, therefore, proceed to lay charges of corruption and money laundering against SAP South Africa and CAD House.”

The financial kickback helped SAP secure a billion-rand contract with Transnet.
