Deputy Minister of Higher Education Mduduzi Manana is in hot water after assaulting two women at a Johannesburg night club.
In a recorded telephonic conversation between the minister, the deputy minister admits to the incident which apparently took place at Cubana in Fourways on Sunday morning.
It’s understood that Mandisa Duma and a friend were involved in a heated debate with Mduduzi Manana and a group of his friends when he apparently grew agitated when they disagreed on an issue.
The victim claims Manana became angry when they disagreed with him on who should replace President Jacob Zuma in December.
In this voice clip, Manana can be heard confirming that he did slap the woman.
“Yes, I slapped her.”
